The present invention provides a system, a method, and a device to control an intelligent robot based on artificial intelligence. The system comprises: a determining engine installed in an intelligent robot, obtaining a user demand by conducting analysis by generating cloud processing information based multi-mode input signals, received by the intelligent robot, and then transmitting the information to a cloud control center and controlling the intelligent robot based on at least one of the input signals; and the cloud control center receiving the cloud processing information, obtaining the user demand by analyzing the cloud processing information, and feeding the user demand back to a determining engine. The present invention is capable of improving a processing ability for a complex determination by improving storage and operational abilities of the intelligent robot through a use of sufficient mass online information while at the same time improving user experience by quickly and intelligently responding to a user command.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
