Disclosed is an application system installed on a portable terminal. The application system includes: an image acquisition module for acquiring at least one digital image of an object through an image-capturing device of a portable terminal; and a communication module for transmitting the at least one digital image acquired by the image acquisition module to an authentication system. If the at least one digital image is received, the authentication system determines whether the digital image is acquired by capturing a three-dimensional real object or a two-dimensional image based on the received at least one digital image, so as to perform an authentication process of authenticating a user corresponding to the object or authenticating whether the real object is captured. The image acquisition module acquires at least one of the at least one digital image as an illumination-activating image, or acquires a plurality of images obtained by capturing the object at different angles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
