The present invention relates to an anticancer composition. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical anticancer composition containing an inhibitor of microRNA-30b, microRNA-133a, or microRNA-202-5p as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the pharmaceutical anticancer composition suppresses proliferation of cancer cells by inhibiting microRNA-30b, microRNA-133a, or microRNA-202-5p, thereby being ultimately useful for treating cancer.
