A method for forming a conductive circuit pattern on a flexible substrate is provided. The method includes the steps of: manufacturing paste including copper nitride; forming a paste pattern by applying the paste to the flexible substrate; and forming the conductive circuit pattern from the paste pattern by using a light sintering process to irradiate light to the paste pattern. Accordingly, the conductive circuit pattern can be formed on the flexible substrate without a high-temperature heat treatment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
