The present invention relates to an unmanned surveillance system and an unmanned surveillance method, which are to rapidly and accurately obtain and display a surveillance image in a desired area at a desired time. Specifically, the unmanned surveillance system includes: an unmanned surveillance unit including a camera and a driving unit for photographing and driving; a controller unit remotely adjusting the unmanned surveillance unit; and a display unit including an indicating unit indicating a photographed image of the camera. The display unit includes: a motion sensor sensing a physical motion for changing a photographing position; a first GPS module sensing the position of the display unit; and a first wireless communication module wirelessly transmitting a sensing result of the first GPS module and the motion sensor and wirelessly receiving the photographed image of the camera. The unmanned surveillance unit includes: a second wireless communication module wirelessly receiving a first GPS sensing result from the motion sensor and wirelessly transmitting the photographed image of the camera; a second GPS module sensing the position of the unmanned surveillance unit; an unit control unit calculating a relative position relation of the wireless surveillance unit and the display unit based on the sensing result of the first and second GPS modules and calculating a moving angle of the camera for changing the photographing position by applying the relative position relation to the sensing result of the motion sensor; and a photographing control unit changing a photographing angle of the camera in accordance with a calculation result of the unit control unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
