The present invention relates to a method of installing an in-situ towing loop embedded into a heavy material capable of reducing unstable factors of an existing hanging method of a material when lifting, moving, and placing demolished concrete of a reinforced concrete structure and an underground rock block in a construction field; and simplifying a task, reducing construction costs, reducing environmental pollution, and safely towing the heavy material in comparison with an existing method of hanging the material by installing the towing loop (lifting loop) by directly using a chemical material and a wire rope for the material positioned in a place difficult for access or difficult for lifting the material due to spatial limitation. The in-situ towing loop is installed by drilling a hole for the towing loop, cleaning the hole, injecting the chemical material, inserting the wire rope to be embedded, and hardening the chemical material.
