The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of alumina-graphene composites comprising: a step of making a slurry by mixing one or more powder among a graphite, an oxidized graphene and an expanded graphite, an alumina powder, ammonium polycarbonate, an organic binder and a dispersant using a beads mill; a step of making composite powders by drying the slurry; a step of molding the composite powders; a step of degreasing under inactivated-gas atmosphere in a vacuum furnace to get rid of organic ingredients; and a step of sintering the degreased outputs. With the present invention, it is possible to manufacture the alumina-graphene composites which have excellent wear resistance in addition to mechanical properties like toughness and high strength.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
