The present invention relates to a method for planning a three-dimensional design through a cooperation platform cloud server, the method comprising the steps of: receiving treatment information from a first device; transmitting the treatment information to a second device and a third device; and providing a cooperation platform for the second device and the third device to plan a three-dimensional design based on the treatment information. An operation region allocated to the second device is displayed in a first color, and an operation region allocated to the third device is displayed in a second color.
