The present invention relates to a high color rendering phosphor composition comprising a green phosphor and a red phosphor. More particularly, the present invention relates to a phosphor composition comprising a red phosphor represented by chemical formula 1, (Sr_(1-a)Eu_a)_4Si_10Al_(1-b)N_(17-b), and a green phosphor represented by chemical formula 2, (Lu_(1-(x1+x2)),R_(x1),A_(x2))_3(Al_(1-y),B_y)_5(O_(1-z),C_z)_12, wherein a = 1 and 0 = b 1. In the present invention, the high color rendering phosphor composition realizes the dark green region which a conventional LuAG phosphor failed to realize, and improves CRI through a half-width wider than a conventional SCASN((Sr,Ca)AlSiN3:Eu^(2+)). Through such CRI improvement, the high color rendering phosphor composition can be applied to a premium level lighting. In the chemical formulas, A is one type of element selected from a group consisting of divalent or trivalent cationic metal element such as Y, Gd, Sm, Tb, La, Sr, Ba, Ca, and the like, B is one type of element selected from a group consisting of group IV elements such as C, Si, Ge, Sn, and Pb, or from B and Ga, C is one type of element selected from a group consisting of anionic elements such as F, Cl, Br, N, and S, R is Ce, and 0 X1+X2 1, 0 Y 1, and 0 Z 1.
