The present invention relates to a method of analyzing internal pores of a cathode of a secondary battery comprising: (1) a step of filling the internal pores of the cathode with a polymer having a repeat unit indicated as chemical formula 1 below; and (2) a step of manufacturing a specimen for observation using a telescope by emitting an ionic beam to the cathode of the secondary battery with an ion milling device and the polymer for the same. According to the method of analyzing the internal pores of the cathode of the secondary battery provided by the present invention, the present invention is capable of clearly sort and observe the pores and other components of the cathode; and obtain an effect of predicting a performance of the cathode by computing a distribution of the pores of an upper layer, a middle layer, and a lower layer.
