The present invention relates to an anti-cutting and anti-chipping agent for rubber and, more specifically, to an anti-cutting and anti-chipping agent for rubber comprising rosin derivatives, wherein the rosin derivatives are obtained by adding diacid and/or an anhydride thereof to react with rosin. The anti-cutting and anti-chipping agent comprises rosin derivatives which do not contain PHAs, environmentally harmful materials and carcinogens, thereby being harmless to a human body and environmentally friendly, maintaining mechanical properties to be equal to or higher than those of existing rubber products when being applied to rubber products, and manufacturing rubber products having far greater anti-cutting and anti-chipping performance.
