The present invention relates to a drug coating stent producing device, and to a drug coating stent producing method using the same. More specifically, the drug coating stent producing device can easily produce a drug coating stent as a coating means to which a coating liquid mixed with a biodegradable polymer and a drug can be sprayed is integrally formed with a bio-floating device which is a 3D printing device. Also, according to the drug coating stent producing method, a coating liquid mixed with a biodegradable polymer and a drug is sprayed to and coated on the surface of a cylindrical stent made of a biodegradable polymer, so the adhesive force of a drug coating layer is improved and the restenosis of blood vessels is prevented.
