The present invention relates to a method for producing a method for producing a sterilizing and disinfecting agent for maintaining freshness when fruits and agricultural, livestock, and marine products are distributed. More specifically, the present invention relates to a hydrogen ion concentration adjuster, and to a method for producing an agricultural, livestock, and marine product sterilizing and disinfecting agent. When fruits and agricultural, livestock, and marine products are distributed, freshness thereof can be maintained by using the hydrogen ion concentration adjuster and granules in which chlorine dioxide (ClO_2) is slowly produced under a condition in which temperature and humidity increase. The method for producing an agricultural, livestock, and marine product sterilizing and disinfecting agent by using a hydrogen ion concentration adjuster according to the present invention comprises: a step (1-1) of producing a hydrogen ion concentration adjuster by mixing 1 mol of urea with respect to 1 mol of sulfuric acid and by adding water, wherein the water has a content of 10.2 to 16.4 wt% in the hydrogen ion concentration adjuster; a step (1-2) of producing a first mixture by mixing 0.05 to 0.5 parts by weight of the hydrogen ion concentration adjuster with respect to 1 part by weight of zeolite; a step (1-3) of drying the first mixture at 20 to 90°C; a step (1-4) of producing a first agricultural, livestock, and marine product sterilizing and disinfecting agent by mixing 0.01 to 0.5 parts by weight of sodium chlorite with respect to 1 part by weight of the dried first mixture; and a step (1-5) of packing the first agricultural, livestock, and marine product sterilizing and disinfecting agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
