PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel hydrogen generating technique which improves production efficiency, makes a hydrogen generating agent have an easy-to-use shape and size, enables rapid production of hydrogen water of a higher concentration and, moreover, enables stable production of high-concentration hydrogen water for a longer period of time, and also has economic efficiency.;SOLUTION: The hydrogen generating agent is formed by mixing a hydrogen generating raw material, which generates hydrogen upon contact with water, with sealing fat which enables a state of contact with water to be adjusted. The hydrogen generating agent is formed according to a production method of the present invention by, for example, mixing the hydrogen generating raw material with the sealing fat in a mixing ratio of 3:7 to 1:9, preferably 2:8, mixing them homogeneously at a room temperature of 100°C or less, cooling the mixture to -15 to 5°C, and molding and solidifying the mixture into a prescribed shape.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
