The present invention relates to a mannose-bonded poly(D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanoparticle, and to a composition for inducing maturation of antigen-presenting cell including the same. According to the present invention, the mannose-bonded PLGA nanoparticle targets mannose receptors on a surface of antigen-presenting cell, and binds to the same, thereby promoting differentiation of immature antigen-presenting cell. By effectively maturating antigen-presenting cell, it is possible to promote immune response in the body effectively.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
