The rainwater recirculation system includes: a purifying collecting well (350) installed in a green area, a residential area, a factory or commercial area, a road and the like, gathering rainwater on a ground surface, and firstly filtering the rainwater; the water filtering and collecting tank (100) connected to a rainwater intake pipe (310) from the purifying collecting well (350), secondarily filtering the rainwater, and including a water collecting container block (110), a filtering block (120) installed on the water collecting container block (110), a filter (130) installed on a bottom unit (122) of the filtering block (120) and filtering the rainwater, an intake container block (200) installed on the top of the filtering block (120), and an entrance (212) and a cover (216) covering a top surface of the intake container block (200); a rainwater tank (400) connected to the water filtering and collecting tank (100) via a rainwater discharge pipe (150) and storing water purified in the water filtering and collecting tank (100); a branch pipeline (510) wherein the water stored in the rainwater tank (400) flows to the ground; and a rainwater pump (500) connected to the branch pipeline (510) and pumping up the water stored in the rainwater tank (400) to the ground. The rainwater recirculation system firstly filtering water used for an urban environment or living and rainwater after the water and rainwater are returned to the purifying collecting well (350), secondarily filtering the water and rainwater in the water filtering and collecting tank (100), storing the secondarily filtered rainwater in the rainwater tank (400), and then recycling the water for an urban environment or living is performed.
