The present invention relates to a composition for stabilizing radiochemical purity of [fluorine-18]fluorodopa by suppressing the generation of impurities for a fixed amount of time, and to a preparation method thereof. The composition according to the present invention comprises [fluorine-18]fluorodopa; ethanol with a concentration of 5-30% (V/V) based on the total composition; and a buffer having a pKa value of 6-8.1 at 25C. Thus, the composition suppresses generation of impurities for a fixed amount of time, and stabilizes the radiochemical purity of the [fluorine-18]fluorodopa.
