摘要

The present invention relates to a fluorescent probe composition containing an indolizino[3,2-c]quinoline compound, and to a nucleic acid/protein/cell imaging method using the same. According to the present invention, the indolizino[3,2-c]quinoline compound exhibits outstanding intracellular permeability, nucleic acid/protein binding ability, photostability, fluorescent intensity, and environment-sensitivity, and thus can be useful for imaging technologies and investigations on functions of various proteins and cells such as nucleic acid/protein dynamics, drug-protein interactions, and intracellular protein imaging.
