The present invention relates to an adenoviral vector and its use, wherein the virus capsid is coated with a polypeptide capable of promoting a peptide-specific immune response in a subject. The present invention also relates to a method of treating a disease, such as cancer, by an adenoviral vector coated with a polypeptide which induces a peptide-specific immune response. The present invention also relates to a method of coating an adenoviral vector with a specific peptide and a method of identifying a peptide suitable for coating a capsid of an adenoviral vector.
