The present invention relates to a membrane protein classification system which classifies a plurality types of candidate membrane protein information received from the outside into a plurality of classes based on previously stored information to classify a human membrane protein. And the membrane protein classification system predicts a new membrane protein function or a disease besides a previously well-known function or a disease by generating a plurality of membrane protein groups by classifying membrane protein information classified into the plurality of classes based on function similarity and disease similarity, and then analyzing function information or disease information of each of the plurality of generated membrane protein groups.
