The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a working tool of a mold to manufacture an optical film, a method of manufacturing a mold using the same, and a method of manufacturing an optical film using the same. The method of manufacturing the working tool of the mold to manufacture the optical film comprises: a step of preparing a working roller; and a working tool manufacturing step of attaching particles to an outer face of the working roller to form a fine pattern. As such, provided are a method of manufacturing the working tool of the mold to manufacture the optical film including a complex pattern formed therein to simultaneously perform functions of a dispersion film which disperses light and a prism film which collects light; a method of manufacturing a mold using the same; and a method of manufacturing the optical film using the same.
