The present invention relates to a method for detecting country-of-origin of agricultural products by using a virus-based discoloration sensor and an apparatus for determining country-of-origin of agricultural products including a virus-based discoloration sensor. The method for detecting country-of-origin of agricultural products by using a virus-based discoloration sensor comprises the following steps: allowing the virus-based discoloration sensor, which has a bundle of nanofiber formed by M13 bacteriophage and arranged on a base material, to prepare a sample color change value between a changed color, generated as the discoloration sensor is exposed to elements included in sample agricultural products for each country-of-origin, and a natural color of the discoloration sensor; obtaining a color change value for analysis between the changed color and the natural color of the discoloration sensor with respect to the agricultural products to be analyzed; and determining country-of-origin of the agricultural products to be analyzed in accordance with a degree of similarity of the color change value for analysis to the color change value of the samples.
