Disclosed are a rotary vane and a rotary assembly comprising the same and a water wheel blade and a track water wheel comprising the same, which are able to increase rotatory power by only a small quantity of a fluid. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the rotary assembly may comprise: a rotary shaft; a rotation main frame unit which is fixated on the rotary shaft and which rotates as one body with the rotary shaft; and a plurality of rotary vanes which are radially installed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotation main frame unit around the rotary shaft. The rotary vane of the present invention may comprise: a fluid inflow unit which is formed by making a square plate material into a circular arc-shaped curved surface and which guides the inflow of a fluid to allow the fluid, which flows in through a fluid inlet, collide and move toward the inside of the rotary vane; and a flow velocity increasing unit which is extended and formed on the rear end of the fluid inflow unit as one body, which is formed by making a square plate material into a rotary curved surface, which has a greater curvature than the curvature of the fluid inflow unit, and which increases the flow velocity by rotating the fluid, which has been taken in through the fluid inflow unit, along the rotary curved surface.
