The present invention relates to a primer for detecting Fusarium genus, and a method for detecting Fusarium genus contained in agricultural foods using the same. When using a primer set according to the present invention, a Fusarium genus strain producing fusaric acid of species belonging in Fusarium genus can be species-specifically detected in a short time with high efficiency.
