摘要

The present invention relates to a method for differentiating a biocompatible keratocyte precursor. The method comprises the following steps: providing human turbinate mesenchymal stromal cells (hTMSCs) from a histogen; and culturing the provided hTMSCs in a cornea differentiating culture medium having a keratocyte growth factor (KFG) added therein. According to the present invention, a differentiable keratocyte precursor composition which has not been conventionally possible can be ensured. Moreover, when the keratocyte precursor composition of the present invention is injected to the cornea of a patient, the transparency of the cornea is ensured and a treating effect can be achieved in a short time.
