The present invention relates to a traditional fermented paste-derived Bacillus subtilis SCM688 strain (KACC81006BP) which has an excellent antibacterial activity, and an extracellular enzyme secreting function with respect to harmful microorganisms and does not generate biogenic amine; to an antibacterial microbial formulation with respect to fermented paste harmful microorganisms, wherein the antibacterial microbial formulation comprises the Bacillus subtilis SCM688 strain or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient; to food including the Bacillus subtilis SCM688 strain; and to a method for controlling fermented paste harmful microorganisms, wherein the method comprises a step of treating the Bacillus subtilis SCM688 strain or the culture medium thereof in fermented paste.
