The present invention relates to a compressing method when a run-length of binary streaming data is encoded. If there is arbitrary binary data, a sign bit is transmitted. While moving from a most significant bit to a least significant bit, a separated lump when a binary number is separated is defined as a binary cluster in a bit value change point. The binary cluster which is firstly separated is compressed. A compressed result can be transmitted in a divided state or a combined state. Therefore, the compression efficiency can be greatly increased in a final compression stream as the binary cluster becomes a longer run-length code.
