The present invention relates to device for preventing varicose vein. The device for preventing varicose vein comprises: a fixing band fixed onto lower limbs; a guide passage installed onto one side of the fixing band facing venae membri inferioris on the lower limbs; an electromagnet installed on an aperture of the guide passage; a power part supplying current to the electromagnet; a piezoelectric member inserted into the guide passage and moving along the guide passage when the electromagnet becomes magnetized; and a control part controlling the power part.
