The present invention provides a disposable grill in which a loess ceramic layer having a thickness of 10 m to 20 m is formed by coating and drying a loess ceramic solution at a surface treatment portion of an aluminum foil base having a thickness of 55 m to 100 m. The disposable grill is formed by surface-treating the surface treatment portion with atmospheric plasma to form ultrafine irregularities of about 10 angstrom, such that as the aluminum foil base passes through a discharge portion disposed between a discharge electrode to which a voltage of 8,000 V to 500,000 V, a frequency of 1,000 Hz to 500,000 Hz, and a current of 3 A to 10 A are applied, and a plate-shape ground electrode, the ultrafine irregularities of about 10 angstrom are innumerably formed by dielectric breakdown of surrounding air, so that a surface of the aluminum foil base is activated and surface tension is lowered, thereby firmly coating with the loess ceramic solution. The disposable grill is disposed after use and is thus hygienic, does not require washing and the like and is thus easy to use, has a low production cost, and prevents meat from getting scorched and sticking to the grill or getting burned and prevents meat juice from drying up, due to an effect of a large amount of far-infrared rays generated therein, so that a user is able to enjoy soft and unique flavors of meat (savory taste and odor, etc.).
