The present invention relates to a method for measuring the degree of deterioration of fuel cell systems. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for measuring the degree of deterioration of the fuel cell systems comprises the following steps: a step of driving a fuel cell vehicle; a blower stopping step for stopping an operation of a blower driven to supply air to a fuel cell while the fuel cell vehicle is not on the move; and a step of sensing a moment at which the flux exists by means of a flux sensor disposed between a cathode and an end of an air inlet while the operation of the blower is halted.
