The present invention relates to a method of simulating excavator maximum excavating force, an apparatus for executing the same and an excavating force simulation computer program stored in a storage medium, which include the steps of: calculating a driving trajectory of bucket by using an angle between a plurality of link pins connecting a boom, an arm, and the bucket to each other; generating excavating motion data by displaying the driving trajectory of the bucket on a coordinate system; and calculating maximum excavating force of the bucket and maximum excavating force of the arm by modifying a portion of the excavating motion data. According to the present invention, the maximum excavating force of the bucket and the maximum excavating force of the arm based on the excavating motion can be calculated by modifying the excavating motion data according to the motion of the excavator, and the maximum excavating force of the bucket and the maximum excavating force of the arm are calculated over each excavating posture and established into a database to be used when a new product is developed so as to reduce a developing time.
