The present invention relates to a sulfur-doped zeolite template carbon supported with a single atom or subnanometer-sized metal, and to a production method thereof. More specifically, the sulfur-doped zeolite template carbon supported with the single atom or subnanometer-sized metal can be produced by forming a carbon-based support which has a binding site capable of stabilizing metal and elastic structural properties of a zeolite template. Additionally, by using the sulfur-doped zeolite template carbon supported with the single atom or subnanometer-sized metal as a metal catalyst, it is possible to produce electrochemical hydrogen peroxide.
