The present invention relates to a water treatment method using Fe (III) ion-supported nano zeolite. The water treatment method of the present invention ensures economic feasibility as well as excellent effects of adsorbing organic compounds remaining in aqueous solutions by means of the Fe (III) ion-supported nano zeolite. Accordingly, the water treatment method can be useful in water treatment for industrial and agricultural sewage containing organic compounds.
