The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a seaweed blind, which includes: a supply unit in which a pair of chain belts orbitally circulate by a driving shaft and a driven shaft; and a sewing machine formed at an upper portion of the driving shaft of the supply unit, wherein a plurality of bamboo piece support members are formed in the chain belts at a predetermined interval, and each bamboo piece support member includes a pair of shaft brackets formed at an upper portion of a link plate and a bamboo piece support shaft-coupled to the shaft bracket at one end thereof and having a seating groove provided on a bottom surface thereof. The present invention is very useful in that loops are woven into both sides of bamboo pieces by the sewing machine by supplying the bamboo pieces to the bamboo piece support members formed in the chain belts at a predetermined interval, so that the bamboo pieces are maintained at an accurate interval and manufacturing efficiency, that is, working efficiency, for the seaweed blinds is improved not by manual operations but by the loop weaving operation by the sewing machine.
