The present invention relates to an actuator using a carbon nano tube, including two or more ply yarns. The ply yarns are placed from each other, or are individually woven in a braided or mesh structure. Since the ply yarn has high mechanical strength while maintaining a flexible and light fiber shape, advantages of excellent operation performance contracted by an electric stimulus, excellent energy storage density due to a wide unit surface area in contact with ions inside an electrolyte, and a high charging/discharging rate due to smooth ion migration are provided. Moreover, since each of the two or more-ply yarns is disposed apart from first and second electrodes, a short circuit of the electrolyte beside solid electrolyte lowering the operation performance by frictional force can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
