The present invention relates to a device of an arctic offshore structure to remove an accumulated ice. When an offshore ice is needed to be removed for the operation of an arctic offshore structure installed in an arctic ice shore region, the device is simply and easily able to remove the ice without a movement of a hull of the offshore structure, specifically prevent structural damage by removing the ice without a direct hit, and can automatically remove the ice when the ice is accumulated to a certain level. According to the present invention, provided is a device of an arctic offshore structure to remove an accumulated ice, which comprises: a support means of an arctic offshore structure where an ice is formed; a wavy vortex generation means installed in the support means and generating a wavy vortex at the bottom part of the arctic offshore structure; and a driving means to drive the wavy vortex generation means.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
