According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a failure management device including: a failure detection unit detecting failure of an automatic teller machine (ATM); a control unit generating device state information containing information regarding the failure; and a communication unit transmitting the device state information to a user terminal connected to a management server managing a state of the ATM. Also, according to another embodiment of the present invention, provided is a user terminal including: a terminal communication unit receiving the device state information of the ATM from the failure management device and transmitting the device state information to the management server managing the state of the ATM; a terminal control unit generating device state information that is converted to be recognized by a user based on the device state information; and an output unit outputting the converted device state information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
