The present invention relates to a gene derived from a dendronephthya gigantean which is responsive to the change of ocean acidity, and to a method for diagnosing marine ecosystem using the same. Specifically, a specific gene group derived from the dendronephthya gigantean exhibits a specific expression change in response to the change of ocean acidity. Therefore, by using the specific gene group as a biomarker, the specific gene group of the present invention can be used for a microarray and a kit to confirm whether seawater was exposed to acidified seawater caused by the change of ocean acidity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
