Disclosed are a method for providing a procurement service at the lowest price online and a procurement service server used for the same. The method for providing the procurement service at the lowest price online includes steps of: receiving a procurement service request message including information about a desirable product and information about a desirable buying price from a consumer terminal with the procurement service server; transmitting a procurement bid opening message including product information to multiple supplier terminals, by the procurement service server; receiving procurement bid participation information including information about a product supply price from the multiple supplier terminals by the procurement service server; selecting a product supplier based on the procurement bid participation information received from the multiple supplier terminals, by the procurement service server; and calculating a difference between the desirable buying price and the product supply price included in the procurement bid participation information of the selected supplier by the procurement service server. According to the present invention, a purchaser is capable of purchasing the desirable product at a price lower than the desirable price set by the purchaser by searching the desirable product online. In addition, according to the present invention, a procurement service provider is capable of sharing benefits obtained when the purchaser purchases the product from the supplier supplying the product at the price lower than the desirable buying price with the purchaser.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
