The present invention relates to wet tissue and, more specifically, to wet tissue having an education content marker printed thereon, which enables a smart terminal to be linked to an education video when a user makes the smart terminal recognize the education content marker, and an education system comprising the same. According to the present invention, the wet tissue (1000) having an education content marker printed thereon comprises: a sticker or cap-type cover (1100); and a case (1200) which has a withdrawal opening, opened and closed by the cover, is formed to allow sheets of the wet tissue, containing moisture, to be stacked and withdrawn, and accommodates the wet tissue. The cover (1100) additionally has the education content marker (1300) printed on the upper side.
