The present invention relates to an apparatus to measure salt damage durability of a concrete structure using seawater, installing an actual concrete structure in a salt damage durability measurement apparatus of a concrete structure, and supplying/draining actual seawater to monitor a state occurring in the concrete structure by the supplied/drained seawater to simply and correctly measure salt damage durability of the concrete structure. To achieve this, the apparatus comprises: a water tank having a concrete structure installed therein, to/from which actual seawater is supplied and drained; a seawater supply pipe and pump installed in the water tank to supply actual seawater inside the water tank; a seawater drain pipe and pump installed in the water tank to drain the actual seawater inside the water tank to the outside; a plurality of floating sensors installed in the water tank to detect a water level of seawater; and a timer connected to the supply pump to control operation of the supply pump in order to control an amount of supplied seawater.
