According to an embodiment of the present invention, an edge dam controlling device using a distribution processing method comprises: a first distribution processing unit collecting and processing measurement information and operation information of each of a plurality of sensors and controllers necessary to control an edge dam at a preset processing speed per first unit processing time; a second distribution processing unit collecting and processing an edge dam controlling command provided from the outside, and information about a control process of other controllers interlocking with and an edge dam control process at a preset processing speed per second unit processing time; and a third distribution processing unit setting and generating control signals and a control threshold to control operations of various types of sensors and controllers at a preset processing speed per third unit processing time based on the processing information processed by the second distribution unit. The third distribution processing unit controls the operation of a cylinder controller controlling a location, and a force of the edge dam based on the control signals and the control threshold.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
