MANUFACTURING OF HIGH RESOLUTION CONDUCTIVE PATTERNS USING ORGANOMETALLIC INK AND BANDED ANILOX ROLLS

Systems and methods for using ink containing organometallics in a flexographic printing process using anilox rolls engraved to transfer ink onto an impression roll printing a pattern on a substrate are disclosed herein. Striped Anilox rolls with one or more geometries and / or volumes of cells can be used in these production systems and methods. The printed pattern may include a plurality of lines each having a width in the range of 1 micrometer to 25 micrometers and may be part of an electronic application such as a touch screen sensor or RF antenna that requires fine conductive patterns such as touch screen displays or antennas .
