The present invention relates to a vacuum type hot water boiler using sensible heat and latent heat, complexly using condensation latent heat of decompressed steam, sensible heat of condensate, and waste heat from exhaust gas, so as to increase thermal efficiency. According to the present invention, the boiler comprises: a combustion chamber to discharge exhaust gas to an exhaust hole while being heated by combustion of fuel; a heat transfer water storage chamber including a lower water chamber installed in a lower part of the combustion chamber and multiple water pipes installed to communicate with the lower water chamber while surrounding the outer surface of the combustion chamber, and storing heat transfer water by a constant water level inside; a decompressed steam chamber installed in an upper part of the heat transfer water storage chamber, connected to and communicating with the water pipe of the heat transfer water storage chamber to store decompressed steam generated in accordance with vaporization of the heat transfer water while the inside is decompressed and maintained at a constant pressure, having an inner water chamber with an opened upper part in an inner lower part, and having a condensate drain pipe communicating with and installed in the rear side of the inner water chamber; a heat exchange unit installed inside the decompressed steam chamber, heating water passing through the inside while performing heat exchange, having, in a lower part, a sensible heat exchanger installed inside the inner water chamber while connecting to an inlet pipe, and having, in an upper part of the sensible heat exchanger, a latent heat exchanger connected to the sensible heat exchanger through a connection pipe while connecting to a drain pipe; and a waste heat recovery chamber in which an exhaust pipe connected to the exhaust hole of the combustion chamber is installed to penetrate an inner upper side, having an upper part in which the condensate drain pipe is installed to communicate with, so as to receive the condensate supplied from the inner water chamber in the inside, and having a lower part installed to communicate with the lower water chamber through a condensate recovery pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
