The present invention relates to a smart fish farm server and a method of managing a fish farm using the same. According to the present invention, the smart fish farm server comprises: a communication unit receiving water quality data or risk factor detection data from a water quality measurement device installed in each of a plurality of water tanks; a storage unit storing water tank information including at least one among the size of a water tank, a kind of fish, a growth level of fish, a phone number of a user terminal associated with the water tank, and an address the water tank, and classifying the received water quality data or risk detection data into each kind of fish to store the classified data; and a control unit transferring an alarm signal to a user terminal corresponding to the water tank when a variance of the water quality data received from any one among the water quality measurement devices mounted in the plurality of water tanks is greater than a reference value or danger factor detection data is received. According to the present invention, average water quality data of persons cultivating the identical kind of fish, so anxiety of users having insufficient fish farm management experience can be solved and the persons cultivating the identical kind of fish make a community to provide information about a fish farm.
