The present invention relates to a photocatalytic filter, and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to one embodiment, a method for manufacturing the photocatalytic filter comprises the following steps: dispersing titanium dioxide (TiO_2) and metal compounds in water, to manufacture a photocatalytic dispersion solution; coating a photocatalyst support with a photocatalyst, by using the photocatalytic dispersion solution; drying the photocatalyst support coated with the photocatalyst; and sintering a dried photocatalyst support, wherein the metal compounds include H_2WO_4 which is a tungsten (W) compound, and Fe_2O_3 which is an iron (Fe) compound.
