According to the present invention, an automobile detection device relates to a secondary collision accident additionally caused by various accidents such as a collision or an overturn accident by a vehicle driving at a high speed. Normally, a vehicle cannot be stopped on a highway, and an obstacle dropped from a vehicle to be positioned on a road must not be on a highway. Since a stopped object must not be on a highway, the automobile detection device detects such an object to notify an oncoming vehicle approaching a dangerous area at a high speed by a display means such as a lamp to allow the vehicle which has not reached the dangerous area to detect accident information to slow down and prepare for an unexpected situation for the accident area. Also, a nearby CCTV is automatically linked to an occurrence of an accident to change a direction towards the accident to allow a central control center to view the accident in real time and analyze an image transferred from the CCTV to determine whether an accident has occurred.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
