The present invention relates to a pen having a drying prevention structure, which prevents contamination of a lip due to contact with a drying prevention plate in an appearing and disappearing process of the lip and clearly performs an opening and closing motion of the drying prevention plate. In other words, the pen having a drying prevention structure comprises: a lip accommodation pipe which accommodates a lip of a pen lead; a drying prevention plate of which one end is connected to a front end of the lip accommodation pipe so as to open and close the front end of the lip accommodation pipe; and an opening and closing guide pipe which receives the lip accommodation pipe so as to guide the opening and closing of the drying prevention plate according to the appearance and disappearance of the lip. Therefore, according to the present invention, the opening and closing of the drying prevention plate which prevents the drying of the lip is not implemented by the contact with the lip, so the contamination of the lip and a motion failure due to the abrasion of the lip are prevented.
