The present invention relates to a UV irradiation device having excellent curing quality by improving cooling efficiency. More particularly, the present invention relates to a light emitting device comprising a light emitting unit at a center in the longitudinal direction of a housing to irradiate a light source, and a reflector for reflecting the light source of the light emitting unit. Cooling can be more quickly and uniformly performed by using a plurality of water-cooling members provided on the reflector so as to improve efficiency more than a heat radiation means by conventional air circulation, and a heat radiating unit comprising an air blower for directly supplying cold air to the light emitting unit.
