The present invention discloses a micro-grid power system having a power conversion device having an embedded EMS function. The present invention enables a traditional energy management system, which is installed in an independent computer device as a software form and operated thereby, to be integrated in any one of power conversion devices among dispersed power sources such that a separate energy management system included in a grid-connected or independent small micro-grid power system can be omitted. Therefore, initial installation costs for installing and operating an energy management system can be saved, and problems accompanying the installation of an energy management system such as an installation space problem, a power consumption problem, and a noise problem can be solved. In addition, since the number of communication devices for operating energy management system in the whole micro-grid power system is reduced, the structure of a micro-grid power system can be simplified, and therefore, there is an advantageous effect in an aspect of system failure, and maintenance. A battery power conversion device according to the present invention comprises a controller, a power conversion unit, and an operating and displaying apparatus.
